Agreement

By using Vishion you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the app.

What Vishion does

Vishion helps families confirm that a caller really is who they claim to be, using two words shared within a family group that change through the day. It also analyses content you submit — a text, an email, a link, or a QR code — and returns an opinion about whether it appears to be a scam.

What it does not promise

Vishion is a second opinion, not a guarantee. Its analysis is advisory and will sometimes be wrong in both directions: it may flag something harmless, and it may fail to flag something dangerous. It should never be your only protection, and a result from Vishion is not a reason to skip the ordinary precautions — verifying with someone you trust, and refusing to send money under pressure.

The family verification feature confirms that whoever answers has access to a phone signed into your family group. It cannot confirm anything beyond that, and it does not replace calling someone back on a number you already have.

Vishion does not block calls, filter spam, or act as antivirus software.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate information when you create an account.
• Use Vishion lawfully.
• Only submit content you are entitled to access.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the service.
• Keep your family group to people you actually trust — anyone in it can see the group's words.

Cost

Vishion is free. Every feature is included, there is no subscription, and there is nothing to purchase inside the app. If that ever changes, existing users will be told before it takes effect.

Liability

Vishion is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service — including losses from a scam that Vishion did not identify.

Intellectual property

The app, its content and its features belong to us and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify or redistribute them without permission.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from the app's Profile tab. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms, and we will update the date at the top of this page when we do.
